I think its a fish tank.
Just measure the glass thickness though to make sure

It would be a pretty big python cage since pythons do not need much space in a tank, may pythons over 1m long can be kept in a 3' tank.
so in theory a python around 1.7m could be kept in this tank...in theory which makes that python longer than me, not too small :screwy:

that's a pretty jacked up way to keep your snakes.
you should go get them a bigger cage.
just because they don't move too much don't mean they can be kept in a small tank.
that's like someone getting a catfish(since it's in-active) and putting it in a tank that barely fits it's size! like a 55gallon tank for a 3'redtail catfish.

wait what kinda of pythons are we talkn right here?
i was thnkng of dA ball python, unless there's like a new dwarf species of pythons found, that's a pretty small cage for ball pythons.
i am definantly not thinking of a red-tail boa! and NEVERa carpet python!!

I dont have a python but have many friends who do, and its ok to keep a python in a small(ish) tank, obviously not too small. oh btw, when i said over 1m long i only meant 1m, not over whoops!

its also different with a catfish (your thinking pleco? because many catfish are active) because catfish do not curl up into a small ball on a branch the way snakes do lol.
But small pythons do not need a very large tank, they can be kept healthily in a small tank, and people play with their pythons, i know i would if i had one, i like my lizards walking around the house lol, its cool! I think Childrens python is what im talking about.

(oh lol btw, if we want to talk more about reptiles, we should talk in the reptile section haha)

oh, i was talking about a red-tail catfish, all the ones i seen are pretty much silent...until feeding time!
oh the python that curls up is a ball python, have a medium sized one right now.

oh this should go in the reptile section!
