Dog ate fish food...

I apparently left the top open on a container of algaemax and my Pomeranian ate a good chunk of it.
Anybody ever deal with this?

Ok. I was hoping someone would say this. I can't imagine him becomin deathly ill but maybe a stomach ache or some vomiting.

I've seen no ill effects on my pawed friends from eating the fish food

I work for an aquaculture company and the vet said it was not a good idea for your dog or cat to eat an over abundance of the fish food. I little bit here and there was fine.

My dog has eaten a whole bag of pellets before with no ill effects. It wasn't a planned thing, I left the bag within reach. I do give my fix a couple pellets everyday as a treat when feeding the fish.

My dog takes a liking to cat poop every once and a while and with no ill effects either so I doubt that the occasional treat of fish pellets would do too much harm to a pooch.
