Oh my hell, did I ever deal with this! Last year we left to go out for dinner. There was a box on the porch that had 4 kilos of Massivore in it. I just picked it up and sat inside. We got home and the 12 lb miniture dauschaund had ripped it open and ate over a kilo of it! He could hardly move. He puked on furniture and stained it red. Sicker than a dog. 
He was miserable for a couple days but completely recovered.
