they usually inflate with water... mine used to do it all the time with his reflection but now he is a recluse and only comes out of his cave to eat

I saw my Takifugu do it once and honestly it scared the crap out of me, I had no idea why he did it and I thought maybe the water way bad in the tank. Thats the only thing I could think of. The one in this video seems to be staying in that corner like he is protecting something.
He stays in that corner all the time i guess that his territorry thats the side of the tank that im on.I set here on my computer.He just sits there and watches me all day.
