My question, why did he set the gun down to pick up the bird? I've been hunting since I was big enough to shoot, never laid my gun down on the ground to pick up a bird.
Deer season is about to start up and I cant wait! I havnt killed anything in four years but thats cause I get out there and sleep most of the time! Last year I feel asleep for four hours on my rifle. My dad came and woke me up and I had checkering down the side of my face from the stock and drool all over the gun. LoL Man I love the outdoors!
