Dogs used as shark bait

hah, you'd be surprised what people do to animals here in the states. I wouldn't exclude anything
 
I don't trust the source, the sun is a tabloid, and while some individual may have used a dog for bait I doubt anyone makes a regular habit of it. For one thing they would not live long enough to make good bait and not that many sharks hit surfsce bait.
Before getting to upset remenber that this weeks issue of The Sun also offers "PROOF" that the ghost of rock star Brian Jones is haunting people, (They have it on tape).
I don't rate their credibility very highly.
 
If I found these freaks I'd save the dog, and then stick a big hook in them and throw them in the water. Then let teh shark bite there legs off, dreggem back on the boat for a couple minutes, and throw'em in again. Off course while they were on the boat I'd pour salt on the half eaten body.
 
The rspca has more credibility than the sun but they are still the people who also have a petition to stop ranching all but free range chicken eggs, I would have to see the origional police reports and any subsequent follow ups before getting irate.
