I buy all my tanks from craigslist i just picked up a 45 gal hex tank stand and everything 40 bucks not a scratch on it about a year ago i got a 75 tank stand canopy and other stuff 100 dollars just I check craigslist at least twice a day waiting to grab the nice deals.

Frequent checking is the way to go. I just missed a $20 29g set up yesterday and I emailed about half an hour after the post was up...
