Use aquarium-safe superglue to glue those rock into a single solid piece. I recommand EcoTech Marine.

You could try a pvc T... I use a 6" sewer T in one of my tanks for cover. My Black Belt fits nicely in it while my Jardini can't even get his head in it... The most he could do is move it around.
