Thank you, Justin. Yes, having watched that, it looks like he is just clowning around while subjecting the fish to extreme torture. A wild caught gafftopsail catfish that are common in our area.

If this is not animal cruelty, then what is? Where is the animal police in Sarasota, FL?

Ok at first I thought he had a few nuts lose but then when I seen him flipping it around on a “leash” in the ocean....wtf is wrong with people?! I couldn’t t finish the remainder of the video...

That's the problem with the "social media" age we are in. It breeds these idiots that do stupid crap just so they can get their videos passed around online and become a "youtube star" ...which that term in my opinion is an oxymoron ...emphasis on moron.

He also repeatedly takes the fish out of its "tank on wheels" to show passer-byes and to dunk it in a pan of fresh water in that dog park, perhaps to "wash it"?

It's one of two things. Either he is ignorant and thinks fish are so primitive that they don't hurt. Or he knows / suspects but doesn't care.
