Since it had been longer than 45 days it was out of pay pals timeline. They told me to go through my bank. The bank was more than understanding and I will be refunded by them. And Nate will now have to deal w/ the bank and their fees.

this is beyond solving. the point is to create awareness of a bad vendor. if this had been "solved" like normal adults, the vendor would have manned up a LONG time ago and either delivered the product or issued a refund. the OP had to go through his OWN bank to get a refund. pathetic.

but with most vendors dont you think they would have tried to defend them self .. not just delete it and hide it ... i think anyone who tries to cover up the truth is not a stand up person .. now if he did wrong said he did wrong and make up for it ... that would be a stand up kinda person .. not trying to cover up the fact that he has people mad at him for scamming them.

I agree there are good vendors...just about every single one, except massaggression.

Need to read the OP fully. The OP says the vendor deleted the post. Vendors have control of all threads/posts within their respective forums.

I did read that in the OP, I just wanted be sure that was indeed what happened as it affects my view of the vendor and how I would or would not recomend that vendor to fellow club members here in South Florida.

Also, because I only made it to page 3 before it was deleted, I did not know how the vendor handled the situation or weather there was cause for MFK mods to step in. Knowing "officially" who deleted the thread tells me a bit more about the vendor and the original poster.

I agree there are good vendors...just about every single one, except massaggression.

I admit that maybe he vendor made a mistake, but I honestly think you guys should just drop it. So maybe he screwed up once. There are a ton of vendors out there who screw up. I just hate threads like this, and when people who aren't directly related to the problem get involved. Why side with one person? This is the internet, its hard to choose who to believe. Better to just leave things alone then to get involved.
