I can't say I won't order from him ever again but that's because I had a good experience with my order. I had the same thing done to me from Riverwonders but it was longer than what you've experienced. It's all good that you are sharing your opinion and experience with others who might have and might not have ordered from him. But those who never got to order really can't take your words for it because they won't ever know without going with an order. Just my opinion.

I admit that maybe he vendor made a mistake, but I honestly think you guys should just drop it. So maybe he screwed up once. There are a ton of vendors out there who screw up. I just hate threads like this, and when people who aren't directly related to the problem get involved. Why side with one person? This is the internet, its hard to choose who to believe. Better to just leave things alone then to get involved.

thats the problem .. its not just one person ... there has been a few .. and this is a big problem ... he posted this little thing about how life got in the way and all that .. but people still need to be aware of it ...

if you had your hard earned money taken from you ... and nothing given in return ... then the guy would not even respond to you .. you would be upset as well .. and the OP just wants people to be aware of the issues that happened .. the guy needs to EARN our respect .. and now that he made a few mistakes he has to work his way back up ... if you took your car in to get fixed .. then charged you $100 and it came out with the same problem you would want your money back and you would want people to know he does shady business and that is the same thing that happened here ..

now he has said sorry and will make it up ... and after that happens he still have to work hard to change everyones mind .. and that is 100% fair .. you mess up .. you pay for it ..

No, but he admitted it and said he would fix the problem. If the problem is fixed, the person isn't really screwed over anymore...
Which is what this whole thread is complaining about.

so tell me, how do you do that when said vendor wont respond to pm's or answer phone calls? it took a 15pg thread in his section to finally light a fire under his ass.

ill never understand folks that try to make excuses and feel sorry for everybody. thats just not me. people are responsible for their own actions. stop shifting the damn blame

u seem to be very one sided , the op tried to contact MA for a while with out even 1 response or lame excuse .MA waited to today to answer? i realize we all have problems but if u cant at least answer people that u legally owe money to thats bad buisness and I for 1 will never order from said people and will encourage all my contacts to do the same.

The OP stated in the deleted thread by the vendor that he waited 8 weeks and numerous unanswered messages to the vendor before he started the thread.

I believe the vendor would have not responded at all if it was not because of the thread by OP and the presistance, pressure and support of other members who do not want to waste their hard earned money. JMO

so when the vendor would not return mesg .. what then ... you have to think that your not getting anything back .. and are left in the dark .. its not like MA got the money .. didnt send the fish said he would return the money and do so ...

... then after finding a nasty mesg on the forum he deleted it and said his peace ..

you think that if OP would have just dropped it and never said a word that anything would have happened .. maybe not .. maybe so..

im not about crying over little things .. but he had given him more then enough chances and time to respond .. he didnt .. so the OP moved it up a notch .. nothing wrong with that ..

now if the money is returned .. OP should state that he was taken care of and clear the guys name .. until then .. people should be aware and tread lightly

Then you drop it. I'm not making excuses for what he did. Yes, it was wrong. But you will never be able to find a business that does not screw up. It simply can't be done. Just leave it, and don't do business with them. Plenty of other people might end up having great experiences. And besides, this is the internet. If someone feels they have been scammed, take legal action. If you don't want to, then the problem is obviously not big enough to worry about.
