And since we're on this topic... I feed my guys chicken liver, beef liver, krill, and beef heart. ( my fish are listed in the sig.) I assume this is sufficient.

certain fish have this while others dont and goldfish are on the this list

Also, get your facts straight first before making stupid comments. Feederfish, fish in general, make excellent food for other fish... they are VERY nutritious.
