Reminds me of the time when I went ice fishing with some of my buddies. Stupid us left the beer bottles outside thinking they'll be fine while we fish inside the ice hut (whatever they are called). Before we knew it, we heard popping sounds from outside the hut and thought that the ice was breaking, but it turned out to be the beer bottles freezing over and breaking.

it aint that bad , depends on the beer , aint no way im letting 18 beers get wasted.

That happens a lot to drinks in dorm room minifridges with the little freezer sections, but we normally don't leave beer in there long enough for that to happen
