Great shot and great looking Festae. At least one of you can get away with that when she start in with the finger shake.

Sorry to report that they haven't spawned since I put them in the community tank. Soon I might put them back in the 156g by themself to get some fry. I'd have to swap the GT's currently in there to the 265g though and they're a baby factory in the works.

I bred the male just over 3 years ago from a F1 female and F0 male. He's been with me growing ever since and now about 11-12". I got the female a year and a half ago and she was a mess. She had a huge open wound on her side so I had to nurse her back to health with some good advice from other MFK members. The female was already almost 8" when I got her and has only grown a couple of inches since.
WOW- I'm just recently getting into cichlids and these two are definitely what's got me hooked! They are beautiful. And it so crazy that they are the same breed, just different sex. They look so different!
