ya id be useing wifi down town if i dont get internet. and gettin my lisense sometime this month. and phone i can just go under prepaid or pay as you go. or the walmart new phone plan ( forgot what there called ) only 45 a month for unlimited everything.

I know there's cheap options for phones LBF but you've gotta count that in for your monthly bills too
