I usually do not suggest anyone do a mixed species exhibit but I have made an exception for these guys since it is a decent sized tank and they all share gopher tortoise burrows in the wild. Again, It is NOT okay to mix species normally.

nice! pine with a southern timber rattler. that and the pigmy rattlers are the only NA hots i will ever consider owning.

side note, my reptile class had a southern timber easter diamond back hybrid. awesome snake! wish those little guys u had did turn out to be that exact hybridz(which u expected at first) i would so want one!

Im pretty sure you said southern timber rattler(croatalus horridus) aka canebrake(croatalus horridus) or am I missing something here?

EDIT:or is a southern timber rattler a nickname for an EDB, and not a croatalus horridus?
 
ur right. i think he was saying he has those 3 in there. he said "and"

but u might be right. he might have been saying EDB instead of the STR
