Just need to add a small electrical current grid over top of your pond, then when anyone goes to pee on it....

that reminds me of a few months ago, my friend called me, he was drunk, and im the fish person and helped him set up a simple tank, and he called me frantic because his roomie tried to make the fish drunk.
then on another forum, someone posted about their friend getting sick into the tank.

if i ever caught anyone putting anything in my tanks their face would be in the bottom of my toilet after i peed in it!!!!!!!!!!!! i might actuallly hold them there for alittle to long and get in alot of trouble hey dont mess with my fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if this is such a good idea.
I gave up keeping fish for 8 years when I was in the military and another 4 when I was in college. It sucks but I was able to see fish at my parents house and at public aquariums and such.
Things you need to factor are. Long breaks for Christmas and summer and stupid people that will turn any body of water into their own toilet.
Just my 2 cents.
