I was going to set up a tank in my dorm room, but I was wondering which tank would be the best out of these 3:

I also asked about keeping a Dwarf Puffer here: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=170804
So if anyone has any experience with that please post.

People have brought up the fact that acrylic scratches easier on the last two tanks, but they are saying to go with the 6 gallon because I would be able to do more with fish. I would really rather go with glass so I dont have to worry aobut the scratches. So in the long run, and moving it back and forth each year, to keep this tank up which would be better: glass or acrylic?

What is the easiest way to clean these too?
I would also like to plant the tank so I would have to get a different light bulb for the tank.
Any other fish suggestions would be helpful too. Thanks.

i would say the thrid tank but i dont really like any of them. i owuld just get a 10 or 20 Gallon setup instead.

sorry for a dorm room get a 20 gallon tall with light and all accessories from petco. for the price it is worth it and the tank is only 24" long so you have room for it. glass is much better then acrylic.

Too many drunken fools in the dorms, get the 6 gallon acrylic tank and be sure to keep the cover closed. When you get out of college get a real tank.

id also say just get a 10 or 20 gallon but its your choice

I already have a 20 gallon tank at home. It has been set up for 5 years now. I would just like a small desktop tank to start up. Guess I shoudve mentioned that.

i wouldnt get the 1st one, i own the 2.5 gallon one and its poorly desighned.

Hmm... sorry to say this but if you have questions on keeping a 5 gal tank you might want to visit our sister site Aquaria Central.
