does your bichir ever do this? it has started to do this more and more, it like swims under my bass rubbing its back on the basses belly, kinda funny..

thank you! the two of them are in a 55g right now but im looking to upgrade this summer when i move

I think they're checking if the other fish is a potential mate, or food.

If the bass were a smaller fish, it would be missing its pelvic or anal fin.
