I have to admit that I am a bit out of my league with this dosing stuff I would love to be enlightened... this is my first shot at sps and im in it for the haul... i have always just added calcium per instructions on bottle and essential elements per instructions.

Took a look at it, I assume you are talking about the gallon jugs that you make up. Then use a calculator they provide that tells you how much to put in your tank based on your current levels and where you want to be. Easy indeed from the look of it.

Man, their calculator is a cool tool. I have used that thing a lot, especially when I went through my intensive dosing stage.

Then I started to care less about insane montipora growth, and I just relied on reefcrystals to do the rest.
