O.tanganyikae if I spelled it correctly.I think it was about fifteen inches and it ruled the tank....even bossed around my Emperor cichlid.Look them up when you get a chance as they are very beautiful.

LOL he ate them. He's one mean SOB!! I had about 30 of them for a while, that dwindled down to 5 for about a year, 3 for a year and Taco has been the sole survivor now for 7-8 years.
Haha there must be other stuff they feed him bcz imagen 10 years with only eating his brothers n sisters

He eats almost anything I put in the tank from the flake food and small pellets for the danios he lives with, to algae wafers (by the fist full) and cichlid pellets. He also eats the fresh veggies I put in for his pleco, so zucchini, melon, squash etc...
He's mostly a vegetarian now. He lives with a large school of giant and fire ring danios, a tiger loach and a pleco. I honestly don't know why he doesn't try to eat the danios, but he doesn't.
