I agree, it's sad. I presume it'll live if it's cared for but would it have the quality of life a normal aro would if you did care for it?

I saw a 3 inch double headed arowana like this for sale recently - for 58,000 pounds... Obviously some people are into them..
 
Is each head a separate, living animal?
Here are the main questions if the Arow can have a non-miserable life.
1: Can it swim
2: Can it eat
3: Can it swim at the level of the water it wants, does it spin as it swims.
3.1: Will all of the other Arows let poor Arow join in all the riendee...

It seems to be joined at the stomach, so I wonder if it can digest/get rid of food properly.
Hope it makes it, it's really cool. If it doesn't, preserve it in formaldihyde.
 
Well... If you ask me, I doubt it'll live very long. But we're giving it the care it need so far to allow it to live as long as it can.
