You should try Spectrum brand i use it and my dovii loves it. You could also feed it frozen foods like beef heart. Earthworms work great to feed also. Variety is the best way to go.

Yeah that should be ok, you usually get a good growth increase if you feed them beefheart, but not too much a sit is very fatty.

doesn't matter what you think if it's bad for your fish.

my fish love crickets, the arowana and the snooks like em best.. but i only buy crickets about every other week for the lizards.. so it's only a treat at the very most.

the rest of the time we feed frozen krill, raw tuna, beef heart, brine shrimp, bloodworms, market shrimp (61-70), silversides, turkey and chicken hearts, various kinds of muscle meat (mostly beef and poultry).

We've tried mysis shrimp, but EVERYONE in all of the tanks HATES it, so i didn't buy anymore. And we have some fish kibble and flake food that was given to us.. none of the fish like it, only the guppies and mollies will give it the time of day.
