How many have one ... A lfs has a beauty and was wondering if it would fit in with a full grown oscar a jd and a lucious pike . I really want some color in this tank it looks empty

i tried before,but didnt accomplish nothin but injured fish,though my fish was lil bigger than the cons and red devil i had.but it might work out for u.depends on your tank size and the size and temper of the dovii you are lookin at.if anything,get a smaller one so it takes a while for him to fit in.gl with what u do!post pictures of the guy if u decide to get him
 
It's worked for a handful of people, the rest ended up with a wiped out tank. What size tank do you have? Thats a big factor.
 
its a hit and miss kind of deal when your talking about a dovii in a community...so far my lil 3" FO male dovii is doing good with my 5" Orinos, 4" Indo Dat, 6" Niger Cat, and 10" Needle Gar*. No real aggression so far...just a flare here and their. But this is in a 90 gal. growout...after a couple months till early January of 09' they will go into a 720-1000 gal. indoor pond
 
I kinda figured as much , any ideas as to what i can throw in ? I would really like some motas but i have never seen any around my area
