It looks exactly like how mine looked as a youngin ans mines a male he had eggs with my RQ but the RQs eggs weren't fertile so I'm hunting for a fertile one...

That looks like a female to me. A male would have more spots on his body even at that size.

85% sure it's Female, no amount of dots in the fins. Fin dottage is the best way to tell ime.
