Dovii or Managuensis ??

Thats a badass jag. I think dovii for aggreszion but theres something about a big thick male jag that is hard to best

I agree that Doviis ate one of the ultimate cichlids ! :) maybe in the future I can keep both species hahaha I have plenty of time (I'm only 19 lol)

This Jag is a beauty !! I think I've made a decision :) XD

I know !! And I really love the spots and patterns on a big male Jag just like the purplish sheen on an adult male dovii.
 
Not my fish ... wish it was... I'm not 100% sure on the size of the tank I believe the person who posted the video on YouTube said it was a 125 gallon it looks bigger to me though, looks just like my 150... also in the comment section I believe the owner of said that Jag was 16 or 17 inches seemed pretty nonchalant about it lol... could it use a bigger tank?.. bigger is always better when it comes to tank size... Lake Nicaragua would be better.. otherwise the jag looks pretty healthy.... sounds like Calebserrs has a 350 gallon tank so he's good to go....

cich78 cich78 I was just trying to gauge the size based off the width of the tank. But you solved it for me. Lol and I agree that fish seems healthy and fiesty to me.
