Agreed. But this is not just a 15", "fish" we are talking about here. These are two large Dovii, yeah?

I find it hard to believe that a 15" male Dovii will tolerate any sized female in 120g. So what hapopens to the female when she is not prepared to spawn? Is she bailed up under a piece of driftwood 24-7 or is the tank divided? Either way it doesn't sound practical to me.

He shows no aggerssion towards her, even when hes ready to spawn he doesnot show alot of aggression. And there is no need for a divider because they have been a pair since they were 5 inches She has a pot to hide in if he ever does become aggressive. I think he is too worried about killing anyone and everyone that comes near his tank that he dosent mind her.
