dovii pic thread. (post ure dovii)

I've never understood what people see in Doviis, however the one CichlidAddict posted is pretty attractive in my opinion- for a Dovii. Each to their own though.

all dovii have the potential to look like CA's.

They sell like wildfire do to there massive size, Teeth, and crazed personality's. If you had ever own an adult male- you'd understand.

also when is this thread finishing up??? i'm setting up a new tank for my dovii as we speak and he will be in by wednesday. would love to submit some pics in his new tank as i think it will give his colours more justice

lol, it's ok, it was only about .6" when I took that pic? Lol. Closer to 1.5" now. might have been one of the baby motas that it's growing out with. I'll take new pics and post them when I get the chance. I have the two largest dovii fry from House left. Gotta get rid of the rest of the motas cause one has shown itself to be the dominant male, easily outgrowing any of the other fish at 2-2.5" now. Gotta take pics of him too, starting to show a bit of color.

I think you had a very good deal - no matter what others say. I saw his video as well, he is going to be one of the nicest Doviis on MFK thats for sure. Lots of blue in him, and I like his head shape, and finnage as well! Really great pickup, considering the size of this guy.
