Dovii protrusion

Does anyone know what this tiny protrusion under my Dovii is? Tia

That part appears male in the pic, but the lack of spotting in the unpaired fins would indicate female. It's possible the fish could be light because of the substrate though.

Thank you guys. Appreciate the help. I’ll post a pic when I get the substrate changed to black. I feel like it’s female as it’s pretty think for its size. I have heard that the males are more slender. I’m hoping for a male so I hope you guys are right

I agree, and with such bright substrate, natural colors may not ever show fully.
