Thanks every one! Guy who owns the store said they were an import but didnt say where Im gonna find out. He is just over 12 just mesured him. I was gonna try to sell him but not gonna happen he has really grown on me, if I get rid of him it will be to the new Toronto Aquarium as a donate.
 
The zoo here has a amazon exhibit stocked full with dovii and they all look like crap. All deformed or misshapen mouths, dislocated jaws ect. I wish they would help the injured ones or get better one. Its shameful.

Anyways, op, when did he start turning blue?
