Dovii shape?

i have the same preference as you justarn, I'm not big on nuchal humps or tall bodies on dovii. i think i saw a video of a guy on youtube called shawn armentrout who briefly explained the differences between nicaraguan and costa rican doviis. heres the link
he starts talking about the dovii at around the 1:57 mark :)

yeah I'm a nic fan then I think....

love this fish tho, guessing this is a costa rican?? something about this but maybe its the angle?

can anyone post up a juvie and monster dovii of each cr and nic please?
 
Your not going to be able to tell at that stage. However 90% of dovii are of the nic variety that are sold. Ive only seen a few costa ricans and they were ordered knowing that same with the rio heredia yellow version.
 
If most are nice then alot of nice get odd shaped faces too...
