DOVII VS UMBII

I will say that jagster's dovii is without a doubt the nicest dovii that I've ever seen in my opinion.

For me personally , the Umbee is and always will be supreme.

Both are pushing 13" the dovii is a glass banging freak! The umbee is much more calmer but will smash the vac hose. Or any fish that enters his territory with more aggresion than ive seen from any other cichlid. Hope you enjoy. Merry christmas

Beautiful fish. Mine is just starting to come out of his shell. Not a glass banger yet. Was yours always this aggressive or did he grow into it?

Jagster thanks for the complement. Your dovii is very nice looking also. My guy was very shy around people until he was about 6" then it seamed like over night he just refused tank mates and people near his tank. But ever time I upgraded him to a bigger tank he would become people shy for a few weeks. Just when I did not believe he could be any crazier he had fry and now it's hard to even feed the psycho! But I would not change him I love him this way just a pain sometimes.
