dovii x jag fry!! what do i do now??

I agree with woofy if you remove the fry without sperating the parents they will have another batch within a month and you'll be back asking the same question. If you let the parents raise the fry you will be able to keep them for considerably longer. Just how long? Well that depends on the parents. If you sell them make sure the buyers are aware they are hybrids. You could (if you have the room) grow a couple out to satisfy your curiosity and use some as feeders. It's up to you, so as stated there are a few options available to you. The bottom line is, if this is somthing you really don't want to perpetuate the only long term answer is seperate the parents.

This is a dovii loiselii hybrid so u get an idea they might look like as parachromis hybrids.

I understand not wanting to pollute the gene pool in general, but a dovii x jag hybrid sounds like a pretty good mix of two beastly fish to me personally. I'd probably grow a few out myself and see how they turned out, I think they'd be great fish. I may be in the minority here, judging from these responses though.

Don't use them as feeders IMO I hate hybrids of something similar example red devil x Midas Thoes have polluted the market as the same as convict x HRP or anyother species from that genus I think you should listen to the people telling you to keep them I personally don't think you should make them feeders I would only do that if the were red devil x Midas but in this case they aren't if your going to sell them to a Lfs make sure they name them dovii x jaguar although ive seen a hybrid of one of these and you can tell instantly it's a hybrid so I wouldn't use them as feeders as what to do with them if you want to keep them I would say put the fry in their own Tank as soooner or later they will lay again and this batch will be lunch but I wouldn't use them as feeder hope this helps

Lol you can't pollute a gene pool - a gene pool is just that, a pool of genes within a population of organisms. It can expand or contract, but doesn't matter if new genes/alleles are introduced whether by mutations or hybidization or whatever, it's just well, an expansion of the gene pool.

But PwNz I R COLE, mislabeling these can pollute the market with well, mislabeled fish, which is badddd. So yes, it's imperative that you absolutely must labelthese correctly if you're to distribute them.

Oh I know mislabeling does occur that's why you tell your Lfs and to strictly enforce correct labeling and make sure they do it in front of you but in my experience my Lfs thought a Honduran jag was a regular jag so I lucked out loll
