a 20 inch fish in a 50 gallon tank, how wide is that tank, less than 12 inches right?
 
50g is just a rough estimate, it's probably larger... it's not a 55 ;) it's only about 12'' high and very wide, pretty long too. never really measured it but he can swim around innit. my new 210 comes this sunday so he won't be in there long.
 
I have a 17 inch dovi, he is 7 inches tall, a 20 inch dovi in a 12 inch high tank must be a sight to see.

I would like to see a picture.
 
For christ's sake, why can't you just enjoy the fish? Do you really have to prove that it isn't 20''? It's just a guestimate, i didn't measure him by the inch. Sheesh. This is the last time I'm posting pics of my fish.

Keep in mind i'm talking TL.

Speaking for myself, I did enjoy the fish. :) Thanks for sharing the pic. He's got great colour.
 
Calm down again..........a 20 inch dovi is not seen everyday, we are curious.
