DOWNSIZING THE COLLECTION?!?!? :(

So, lately my GF and i have been arguing over pets... (We are only 15..) At my house i have my own little pet room upstairs... And, NO. I am NOT that spoiled rich kid that gets things handed to me... The "pet room" is basically a SMALL office that we werent using I PAY FOR EVERYTHING! But ANYWAYS, i have ALL my fishtanks in there and my reptiles AND, my GF has her pets in there to... (She actually lives like 2 houses down from me...) so, she is into the "Small Pets" (hamsters guinea pigs etc.) and ALWAYS says i should have less fish and we should adopt some chinchillas... And, she REALLY wants chinchillas... So, as a christmas gift, ive adopted 4 chinchillas and the shelter is holding them until christmas AND THEY WILL BE HER CHRISTMAS GIFT:) but,if you dont have chinchillas you wont know that, THEY NEED A HUGE CAGE!!! So, im gonna be downsizing on some of my tanks... TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS DECISION!!!!!!

Your 15. Your talking as if your married already. Idk what to even say. Downsizing makes sense if you need the room though
 
Don't downsize on something you love for a gf you have when you are 15 jesus.... I know loosing your virginity is fun and what not but wouldn't you rather enjoy your hobbies? after all you will have many girlfriends to come and I'm sure you will find a girl who actually has an interest in your pets and doesn't care. my ex was obsessed wit fashion and buying clothes, so my exotic fish hobby was my version of what she had and we would both show an interest in eachothers.

And before someone points out that maybe the reason why she is an ex is because of what I just described, actually I moved to the other side of the world and that is why it ended. I now have more of an awesome collection than ever!
 
The power of the opposite sex lol. And yes chinchillas need big cages and be ready for poop to fly around the room. :) they are pretty good at flying them out of their cages . And can't she keep it at her house ?

Can those rat thingys be fed to your fish? are they easy to breed? I can see some use in them if the anwser to both questions is yes :P

Seriously though, its up to you. Dont let people try to convince you that you will have many more relationships after her, she might be the one you marry. Only time will tell so do what you feel is the correct choice.

Do you truly want the chinchilla's? Doesn't sound like it, and what if you two break up? Then you are stuck with them. Can she afford the vet bills if they need something? In the end you will do what you want but my old lady would never ask me to get rid of my stuff for hers.
