Your NOT suppose to pop other people's pimple's either!!! LOL!!!
Never watched but i myself have been subject to hydradenitis and nodular acne since i hit puberty 20 years ago. Along with that and the odd staph infection here and there im pretty numb, jaded even, to foul smelling infectious fluids pouring out of sores and such.
Not to retract from your fun of course. Ive heard the pimple popping videos provide a sort of "satisfaction" feeling.

Also, consistent with the food comparison thing, i once had a doctor drain a cyst and exclaim "we've got chocolate!"
Never watched it, honestly I usually turn my head when the commercials for it come on because it is kind'a gross. Defiantly not something that interests me to sit and watch. The Doc is kind'a cute though 
I had a friends wifey watching it , while we were having some beers and man I was gagging. It was pretty nasty. Some of the big ones , just goey nasty cheesy(velveeta) gag reflex yuck.
I had one of those cysts in my upper lip in my early 20’s and it awoke out so far I could see my lip without using a mirror. When I went to the hospital they told me if I didn’t come any sooner the infection could have went to my nasal cavity and become fatal. They cut a hole on top and the bottom of my lip to drain it. Then they packed it with gauze because the gap was so big it could cause new infections. Each day I had to pull out the gauze and replace it with a little less each day. I was on an inter venous for about a week.
So seeing that show literally makes me gag.

I've seen 1 episode and a small clip from youtube(showed the before results).
Not in a hurry to see more but might watch again if bored.
