The one's I had were definitley nocturnal feeders, I used to throw in frozen brine, and it would go to town. I think they would eat constantly if they could just friggin see food (insert see food joke here)....

Depends on the Goby, but most fish are very safe with a Dragon Goby, this includes feeder Goldfish. They have terrible vision.....

I swear mine is both blind and unable to smell. He constanly moves along looking for food and seems only by luck to find what I put in the tank.
Still having said that-He is one cool fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i loved mine till my aro killed him but i had him awhile and he did good just picking up sinking shrimp pellets and he never showed agression he would just push my eel or ropefish out of his cave every now and then he just wanted to be alone
Mine escaped. Dead on impact. But while I had them they were awesome to watch. They were active swimmers and ate everything they could
