I was thinking of getting one for my 125 and was wondering if it would be ok with a few geos a frontosa and eventually two bichirs del and ornate

There are a lot of freshwater sleeper gobies that would be similar in behavior to a dragon, but they would either be harassed by or predate on your stock.
Bichirs are a good substitute for a dragon goby imo.

Oh ok is there anything like it that would work with that stocking

There's the snakehead gudgeon, Giuris margaritacea. I can't guarantee that your ornate would not attack it though since ornates tend to be more on the aggressive side. Also jade goby , Dormitator maculatus. You'll need a really big tank for it and the other fish. 200+ gallons.

Yeah I already got bichirs i'm looking for a nice oddball to go along with them

Spiny eels are fun, pretty sure bichirs are hit or miss with them though.

I was thinking of a black spotted eel since they can tolerate 6 to 8 from what I have seen
