I was thinking of getting one for my 125 and was wondering if it would be ok with a few geos a frontosa and eventually two bichirs del and ornate
Oh ok is there anything like it that would work with that stockingDragon gobies like brackish water in the long run. None of the fish you have listed do well in a brackish tank.
There's the snakehead gudgeon, Giuris margaritacea. I can't guarantee that your ornate would not attack it though since ornates tend to be more on the aggressive side. Also jade goby , Dormitator maculatus. You'll need a really big tank for it and the other fish. 200+ gallons.Oh ok is there anything like it that would work with that stocking
Yeah I already got bichirs i'm looking for a nice oddball to go along with themThere are a lot of freshwater sleeper gobies that would be similar in behavior to a dragon, but they would either be harassed by or predate on your stock.
Bichirs are a good substitute for a dragon goby imo.
African brown knifefish?Yeah I already got bichirs i'm looking for a nice oddball to go along with them
I wasn't sure If I would be able to keep one because my PH is unintentionally at around 8 because I didn't realize cichlid sand did that until it was already inAfrican brown knifefish?
