Thanks for the info here! I was under the impression thag Dragons Blood/Firefish and Strawberry peacocks were actually two different fish/strains...
Didn't realize they were both just Dragons Blood...

Kind of like different variations and names of OB peacocks are just all OB hybrids? (OrangeBlossom, Blueberry, etc?) Saw a cool looking black/grey OB type today at my LFS...

Ob means Orange blossom or blotch.

when it comes to dragonsblood there are at least 3 different variants which could come from the same litter.yellow base,white base or grey.the grey will have a blue head,the white base is pictured above and will have a more pure red color.The yellow will be yellow or morelikely to have and orange color [video=youtube;tiG68OTftxk]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiG68OTftxk[/video]

Because they're hybrids, Dragonbloods can vary quite a bit even when they come from the same parent fish.
