I dunno, just a birthmark I guess. He's got some other blue splotches around his body, esp. on head and top, but that's the biggest one.
I'm just kind of poking fun at all the fancy names breeders come up with for some of their expensive lines nowadays lol. Drakaris was sold as a no-name FH I lucked upon at my LFS (they just called him a "Texas" mix; they usually only have ZZ's & Thai Silks, and have never had anything like him since.
