What kind of air pumps are those? Where can I get them online?

I prefer tanks with substrate, but that's SWEET!

Agreed to have a school of those plus some marble motoros and leos as bottom dweller is one of my dream tank. Then right next to it have a monster pbass tank and some redtail cats occupying the bottom those two are my dreams
