Do you buy frozen fillets, thaw, chop and feed? Or feed it frozen? Or cooked? Or do they sell freeze dried tilapia at fish stores?
I have a food chopping tool I could use. My food processor is super powerful and would likely turn the fish into a smoothie!

I cut mine frozen. I get a bag from my local grocery store usually on sale 6.99ish about 6 fillets it's a decent grade too, I've eaten it. You need to be very careful if you cut it frozen, I use a chefs knife. I cut it with the grain first in to thin strips then cut the strips into small chunks, then mince about half really quickly. I worked in and around the food business for 16 years though so cutting up a fillet isn't hard for me. Thaw the fish in tank water before dumping it in. It thaws really quick like that.

I buy 2lbs of frozen individually wrapped fillets from walmart for $6 which lasts my 12 bichirs, 2 knives, 3 catfish, L114 and 4 ropes a month and a half. You can get a cheap small food processor for $10 from walmart too then you will have something dedicated for your fish that way you can do stuff like add pellets or nightcrawlers. I feed thawed and uncooked
