I use Dreamweaver CS4 and Microsoft Expression Web 2....Have used Dreamweaver for years, and will keep it as my main web design software..It does everything i want it too....and more, and believe me, i do a lot of web design....
Most people who say Dreamweaver is crap, dont actually know how to use it, hence finding it crap....not saying this is the case here, just a general perception in the web design arena....

Dreamweaver is a good product to learn web design with but you shouldn't need to use it if all you do is write code. I like Eclipse because of the user created extensions and the built in CFEclipse plugin for it is great. Dreamweaver is nice for code deployment but for what I do with as many enviroments that we have it doesn't make much sense.
