I've been going crazy shopping for my new setup:nilly:. I also been purchasing so many dat's in a week and I also got this 2'x2' gigantic driftwood and most of the time, my dat's just stay inside the driftwood..:(

Should I take the driftwood out? Or should I just wait until they get use to their new environment? It's only been a week since I've bought most of them..

Are they eventually going to explore the tank or is this going to stay like this:confused:? How many of you actually use driftwood with your dat's?

Keep the wood. They'll get used to the tank eventually. And if not, you could always just get a crap ton more dats. That way theres no room left to hide in the wood...:grinno:

dude i crack up when i see what some people put up here but yeh leave the driftwood they will start to become lest shy! to get my fish used to me at first i used to leave the light off during the day some to let my fish think i couldnt see them i guess but they would come out and after doing that some with me being around there fish tank alot and just admiring my fish they came out alot more and started staring at me too!

great minds think alike. I was planning on buying more dat's until theres no space inside that damn wood..

I would leave it...no point in stressing them out.

Tigers will hide if you put wood on tank. If you want to see them , take wood out . Or if your the patient type, then wait of out till they grow bigger
, then they will hide less.
