driftwood paint?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ive used square or rectangle pieces of stainless or galvanized sheet metal as a base.
1. cut to desired size
2. drill hole in center of metal.
3. place a galvanized skrew through the metal base into the driftwood.
you can put sand or stone to cover the base.
i prefer to use this method so im able to place it anywhere i want in the tank at anytime.

I would strongly recommend against using galvanized steel underwater. It won't last terribly long underwater, and has the side effect of polluting your water with metal oxides while it rusts away. If you're going to do this, use stainless.
