Glass shops. I haven't heard of anyone in Florida that makes aquariums. If you are going to drill only one tank, take it to a glass shop. If you are adventurous and like to do your own projects, buy the bits and practice on a scrap piece of glass.
Drilling glass is not for everyone. It takes a lot of patients. Kinda like watching a pot of water boil. It is very boring and seems to take forever. You have to be able to resist the urge to try to make it go faster. Doing so will cause unhappy results.
