Drinking water

Agreed Richard Polyfilter is good stuff-albeit a little pricey to replace frequently. I want to get some to put in my Eheim 2252 ( as recommended by you). Its incredible the amount of crap it removes from the tank. any chance of a recent full tank shot?

BTW Hope you 're getting fit and well again

what concerns me is could it at anytime remove too much of the minerals in the water, or the essential ones? if they're used for dialysis, they could remove calcium, potassium, etc...some of which are needed.

What does a Poly-Filter® remove from an Aquarium?
Poly-Filter® sorbs excess organics such as amino acids, proteins, lipoproteins, dissolved organic matter, all forms of phosphates, tannins & humic acids and related complexes. Poly-Filter® also sorbs volatile organic chemical such as chloroform, bromoform, benzene, phenols and organophosphate insecticides/pesticides. All metabolic wastes are sorbed by Poly-Filter®.
