Drip Tray Help Required

Next time, to make it look professional, draw a grid on the paper covering the acrylic and then use the smallest drill bit you have to drill pilot holes.
 
OK Guys I have just finished my drip trays, I started out with 1/8 holes but they proved to be a little to small for the amount of water that is passing over them :confused:. I then drill 3/16 holes this proved to be just right :D, I drew a grid on the protective film of the perspex before I begun drilling this proved to be very beneficial as the trays now look professionally built ;), In summary if your trays are going to have more than 2500 LPH through them I would suggest going 3/16 holes but be sure to drill the 1/8 hole as a pilot.
