Looking at a deep sea aquatics 185 show tank w/ stand canopy and two ehiems 2217's , 48 inch light
guy wants $800 -setup is 3 years old. 60.5x30x25

I know it depends where you are in the country but , curious of what you guys thought before I pull the trigger.

Man I love those dimensions....thats a rare tank. Saphire glass?? (or whatever its called). IF the tank holds water and the cabinet shows you it has not been leaking it sounds like a good deal to me......For the price it would need to be immaculate!
 
Awesome dims...id say if its all in good shape its worth the asking price. Just make sure everything works. Is the tank not drilled?
 
I have the same dimensions. Great size for a living room tank. Not too small, and not so big that it takes over the room. Price is a tad high, but it all depends on how nice the stand/canopy is.

My most vivid dreams fall short of the amazingness of that tank....just saying...
 
:DThanks for the replys. Tank is not drilled, everthing looks in good shape but not in mint condition. Damn thing weighs 440lbs. and glass is 5/8's definitly not a cheap made tank. Researched deep sea aquatics they are a few of the guys from oceanic aquariums when they split up.

probably going to make him an offer, think he is a little desperate because he is moving out this weekend. Not that I am trying to take advantage but hey everybody is looking for that Craigslist deal right?
